Abstract
This is my latest abstract artwork, created on paper that originally served as a background copy for a gel plate painting. It features traces of the art and graffiti inspired cosmic channeling work of @rasterms, whose creative energy is visible along the edges of the piece. I encourage everyone to explore his page, as his art radiates both innovation and light. What began as a surface to clean off my brushes gradually transformed into something more. As the strokes layered and the colors merged, shapes began to emerge organically, evolving into a life of their own until the work took full form before me.
The piece was made through a spontaneous process of rough brushstrokes, color mixing, paint rolling, and scratching into the surface, allowing the paint to guide its own direction. The title serves as both a tribute to the positivity and illumination that @rasterms shares daily through his stories and a nod to our shared Latin roots, which carry deep spiritual and cosmic energy. The reds, teals, and muted golden sand tones come together to tell an abstract story, one that feels both grounded and celestial. It is an artwork born from chance but shaped by intention, embodying the idea that creativity often finds its purest form when allowed to unfold freely.
