This is my latest painting titled "Nobody Wants Him He Just Stares At The World," part of my larger series "Word on the Street." This series combines abstract art, graffiti, and typography to create works that carry messages of inspiration, healing, and reflection for whoever happens to encounter them. Each piece is meant to be shared with strangers by leaving them in public spaces, letting chance and the universe decide who connects with the artwork. The words and themes often come from family advice, conversations, or song lyrics that hold personal meaning and can resonate universally.
This particular painting was inspired by the passing of Ozzy Osbourne, whose lyrics deeply struck me in their raw truth. The line speaks to the loneliness and invisibility so many people experience, as they are left behind or unnoticed by society. By placing these words on a backdrop of layered colors, textures, and abstract forms, the piece becomes both a tribute and a reminder to look closer at the people around us. It is about recognition, empathy, and finding meaning in words that continue to echo long after they were first sung.
