More Abstract
Cosmic Eye emerged from my fascination with the tension between chaos and stillness, between the infinite and the intimate. I approached the surface without a fixed plan, allowing the materials to move, settle, and resist in their own way. The central form revealed itself gradually, like a presence watching from within the void. To me, it represents awareness without a body, perception without boundaries, a quiet witness suspended in space. The surrounding textures speak to motion and fragmentation, echoing the vastness of the universe and the fragile nature of existence.
In creating this painting, I was drawn to the balance between control and surrender. The layered pigments, granular textures, and organic edges reflect both intentional gesture and natural reaction. The eye is not meant to belong to any being, but to symbolize consciousness itself, something ancient and endless. I wanted the viewer to feel both observed and connected, as if they are standing at the threshold between inner and outer space. This work is an exploration of presence, mystery, and the unseen forces that shape how we experience reality.
