My abstract piece, "Cosmic Eye," channels the primal, concentrated energy of celestial birth and deep inner vision. Anchored by a vibrant, luminous yellow core, the composition immediately draws the viewer into a radiant pupil of intense light. Surrounding this molten focal point is an undulating halo of deep indigo, dusky violet, and charcoal tones, creating a dramatic threshold that separates the searing center from the atmospheric expanse beyond.
The surrounding field unfolds into warm washes of coral, terracotta, and searing amber, evoking nebular clouds caught in perpetual orbital motion. A dense constellation of dark splatters and granular specks radiates across the surface, giving the piece a raw, atmospheric texture reminiscent of deep-space matter and stardust suspended in flight. The interplay of transparent staining and tactile, speckled pigment infuses the atmosphere with a palpable heat and kinetic vibration.
"Cosmic Eye" is a meditation on both the microscopic and the macrocosmic, where planetary bodies and an awakened iris become mirrors of one another. It invites viewers to gaze into a vortex where intense energy, color, and cosmic contemplation converge.
